Welcome to the theory to action podcast, where we examine the timeless treasures of wisdom from the great books in less time to help you take action immediately, and ultimately to create and lead a flourishing life. Now, here's your host, David Kaiser.

Hello, I'm David and welcome back to another Mojo minute. The why is Eastern teacher Buddha is attributed with this saying, quote, drop by drop, is the water pot filled. Likewise the wise man gathered it little by little, fills himself with good think not lightly of evil saying, it will not come to me. Drop by drop is the water pot filled bike Why is the fool gathered it little by little, fills himself with evil. Unquote. So drop by drop by drop, good or evil can come into the human heart. choice by choice. Tiny decision by tiny decision stirs the ship of humankind along its journey. So how do we build up our virtues then? How do we build and lead a flourishing life?

I would suggest drop by drop by drop. Whether it is instilling good habits are replacing bad habits or exercising every day or reading 15 minutes a day or praying for 10 minutes that morning and night. No matter your plane of life. The important reminder in today's very quick Mojo minute is not the totality of time spent. But in the drop by drop by drop of our lives. So patiently add to your jugs of water the good and avoid the evil little by little and most especially drop by drop by drop.
