Hello, I am David. And welcome back to another mojo minute. Here's some powerful wisdom quote. When people start habitually exercising, even as infrequently as once a week, they start changing other unrelated patterns in their lives. Often unknowingly, typically people who exercise start eating better and becoming more productive at work. They smoke less. They show more patients with colleagues and family. They use their credit cards less frequently and say they feel less, less stressed out. It's not completely clear why, but for many people exercises a Keystone habit that triggers widespread change. Quote, exercise spills over said, James, [inaudible] sorry, James. If I butchered your name, he's a university of Rhode Island researcher though. He goes on quote, there , something about it that makes other good habits, easier unquote . And all of this comes to us from Charles Duhigg and the power of habit. Now we know at the mojo academy and have known for years, that exercise is a Keystone habit, but here's just more validation. And here's the key point from that quote and from his book for many people, exercise is a Keystone habit that triggers widespread change. And maybe it's not yours. Maybe you have been exercising consistently five to six days a week with no issues and no widespread change elsewhere in your life. Not exercising consistently. Most likely your Keystone habit is exercise. Make it a priority and watch widespread change come into your life. So in today's mojo minutes , seek out your Keystone habit. And if you're not exercising consistently, I'm guessing your Keystone habit is exercise. As it will create the most widespread change in your life. Let's get on that and let's get after it.
