Hello, I'm David and welcome back to another Mojo minute, two choices. You can be a victim. Or you can be a creator. Both have distinctly different attitudes of life, a victim will criticize a creator will praise, a victim will complain, a creator will appreciate a victim will not take responsibility, a creator will take ownership, a victim loses character with each choice, a creator builds character with each choice, a victim steps back not willing to be uncomfortable. A creator will step forward knowing that they will be uncomfortable that relishing the challenge and the opportunity, a victim resents and is negative, a creator embraces and is positive, a victim is often confused on their values and their worldview, a creator is rock solid, their values and they can articulate a comprehensive worldview, life is a series of choices, moment to moment to moment. We can live in love and truth. And with a positive attitude, we can be a creator or we can live in hate, without knowing the real truth, or even pursuing that objective truth. And with a negative attitude thinking the world is conspiring against us because again, we are the victim. David emerald, the author of The Power of Ted, a great book by the way, tells us how to break out of this mindset, instead of saying to ourselves, Why me with that whiny voice. Why is this happening, say what do I want. What do I want say it slowly. It has more power that way. And from the great book written by the Ohio State football coach and Urban Meyer and titled above the line. He teaches us the equation, E plus r equals O event, plus response equals outcome. How will I respond to my experiences today. As a victim or as a creator. Let us step forward into the world. Being creators.
